Samoan Language Week

Thank you to our wonderful Language Teachers and parents for an AMAZING week. Look at the amazing feast we had today to celebrate Samoa Independence Day.  DELICIOUS!!!

Making Soup for our School Community

When we decided to plant a garden at Corinna School, our big dream was to be able to grow fruits and vegetables so that we could make some healthy foods to share with the school and our Community.









Well, over the school holidays, with all the rain, our garden grew and grew!!!

Our Bok Choi, Broccoli, Kael, Silver beet and herbs, were particular growing very well.

We decided to make Broccoli soup to share.

Our ingrediants were broccoli, kael, onion, potatoes, garlic, and vegetable stock.

It was delicious!! Thanks Diana for coming in to help us with the cooking :-)
